Terms and Conditions

Registration and Fees :

• The registration fee is non-refundable, but you can substitute a participant from the same organization.
• E-invoices or receipts will be sent post-event.
• The tickets are priced at 5000 exclusive of GST for the Gold Pass and 7500 exclusive of GST for the Platinum Pass.
• Confirmation emails will be sent within 48-72 hours of payment confirmation.
• Refunds (if needed) will be processed within 15-20 working days in case of event cancellation.
• Once interest is registered the payment link for the event will be sent through the registered phone number and mail.

Speaker and Panellist Responsibility :

• The event website and brochure list of speakers and panellists are based on their confirmation.
• If any speaker/panellist cannot attend, the organising committee isn’t responsible.

Event Cancellation :

• If unforeseen circumstances prevent event organisation, refunds will be issued.
• Liability is limited to the refund of the fee in case of cancellation.

Delegate Registration :

• Registration covers attendance in sessions, panel discussions and workshops.
• Networking dinner is restricted for the platinum pass members.
